I am currently studying for an MSc in Coaching Psychology with the University of Chichester, with a view to becoming a Chartered Coaching Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS).
What is Coaching Psychology?
Coaching psychology draws on a range of psychological domains, including cognitive psychology, social psychology, developmental psychology and biological psychology. A broad and solid understanding of these areas guides my coaching questions in a way which helps raise your self-awareness and make effective changes. In addition, any tools or interventions I may offer are evidence-based.
What I am offering
To fulfil my course requirements, I need to coach a person with leadership responsibilities for four sessions of up to one hour each. Please note that the focus for the coaching needs to be about how you can more effectively facilitate change in your team.
I am currently recruiting two Leaders to participate in 4 weekly coaching sessions in March / April 2026.
To be eligible, you need to be:
- Aged 18 or over and based in the UK
- In a leadership position (Team leader and above)
- Willing to undertake a short pre-coaching process
- Able to commit to four weekly coaching sessions in March / April 2026
- Willing for sessions to be audio recorded for the purpose of my professional development.
What is Leadership Coaching?
Leadership coaching is a collaborative, developmental process in which a coach works with an individual in a leadership role, or transitioning into one, to enhance their effectiveness, self-awareness, and capacity to lead others.
Interested?
If you are interested in free coaching, please apply here. I will be in touch to arrange a short introductory session on Microsoft Teams. The purpose of this call is for us to discuss the general area you want to work on and whether you meet the criteria for my assignment.
